Lead Data Mgt Engineer - Archiving/ILM

Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead design and delivery for client data management engagements within Deloitte’s AI & Data practice. You’ll shape cloud and hybrid data architectures and guide multi-location teams to drive data and analytics transformations. You’ll manage stakeholder relationships, ensure high-quality deliverables, and contribute to practice growth through thought leadership. Your work helps clients modernize data platforms and accelerate data-driven initiatives, applying enterprise-scale solutions to complex business challenges. This is a client-facing, hands-on leadership role with a focus on impact and delivery. Compensation / Benefits * Lead small engagements or key workstreams within data and analytics transformations * Design and implement cloud and hybrid data architectures and migration approaches * Manage day-to-day stakeholder relationships and align delivery with business objectives * Oversee quality of deliverables and contribute to hands-on solution delivery across distributed teams * Support practice growth through proposal development, thought leadership, and coaching junior practitioners Tasks * 8+ years Data Archiving and Information Lifecycle Management consulting experience including retention, data integrity, performance, and decommissioning projects * 6+ years hands-on experience with SAP ILM, SAP Data Archiving, JiVS IMP, OpenText VIM and E-invoicing * 2+ years leading and delivering complex technology engagements end-to-end with multi-location teams * Bachelor’s degree * Ability to travel up to 50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available (as stated) Key requirements *
