Lead Data Mgt Engineer - Archiving/ILM

Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead design and delivery for client data management engagements within Deloitte’s AI & Data practice. You’ll shape cloud and hybrid data architectures and migration strategies to support data analytics transformations. You will manage stakeholder relationships, ensure high-quality deliverables, and contribute to hands-on work across distributed teams. The role supports practice growth through proposals, thought leadership, and coaching junior practitioners. You’ll work in a client-facing, results-driven environment that values innovative data and AI platforms to drive client success. Compensation / Benefits * Lead design and delivery for client data management engagements * Head small workstreams within large data and analytics transformations * Design and implement cloud and hybrid data architectures and migrations * Manage day-to-day stakeholder relationships and align delivery to business goals * Oversee quality of team outputs and contribute to hands-on delivery across distributed teams * Support practice growth via proposals, thought leadership, and coaching junior practitioners Tasks * 8+ years Data Archiving and Information Lifecycle Management consulting experience (retention management, data integrity, performance, decommissioning) * 6+ years hands-on SAP ILM, SAP Data Archiving, JiVS IMP, OpenText VIM and E-invoicing experience * 2+ years leading and delivering complex technology engagements end-to-end with multi-location teams * Bachelor’s degree * Ability to travel up to 50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
