Experteer Overview In this role you will help shape the Network Security Platform within KPMG’s Digital Nexus. You’ll influence technology roadmaps, assess current security architectures, and drive improvements that align with industry standards. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of security technologies in cloud and on-prem environments. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on delivering secure, scalable solutions that support client services and digital transformation. You will mentor the Network team and provide last-tier support, reinforcing a collaborative, impact-driven culture. Compensation / Benefits * Assist in developing technology architecture roadmaps and maintain them * Evaluate current network security architecture and create improvement plans * Ensure technologies (Zscaler, GCP, Palo Alto) integrate with the broader tech ecosystem * Maintain deep technical and business knowledge of industry directions and deliver roadmap items on schedule * Provide guidance and ensure adherence to product development processes, with budget and performance targets * Offer last-tier support for operations, including root cause and preventative analysis * Design system configurations and set/ enforce standards for installations * Provide training and guidance to Network team and support teams Tasks * Minimum five years of recent experience with Web proxy products (Zscaler, Palo Alto Prisma) and cloud environments (Azure, GCP) * Deep expertise with Palo Alto firewalls (Strata, VM-Series), Panorama, and Prisma Access/SaaS security * Hands-on Google Cloud Platform engineering, incl. VPC design, Cloud Armor, and integrating security appliances in cloud-native setups * Proven experience with Zscaler (ZIA, ZPA) design, implementation, and management * Strong background in network automation and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible) * Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of guiding teams and delegating * Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in the future * Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED acceptable Key requirements * comprehensive benefits package * medical and dental plans * vision coverage * 401(k) plans * personal well-being benefits * paid time off and holidays
