IT Network Field Technician

Do you have experience in VoIP?, This position is for an on-site servicing, diagnostics and repair technician.

Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision.

Able to document all service calls in a methodical way for accurate historical description of issues and procedures for Company purposes and future service technician calls.

Day-to-day:

Every day is different

Must be skilled in all aspects of networking, VOIP & POS.

Proficient in all aspects of network cabling. Including testing, repairing or replacing.

Proficient basic computer security.

Ability to analyze, evaluate, and resolve hardware and software problems and conflicts.

Troubleshoot hardware and software as needed for client problem resolution.

Install new workstations, migrate programs, data, settings, reestablish all connections and backups.

Install firewalls and commercial wireless networks.

Provide break/fix on things such as, POS, VOIP, cameras, APs.

Manage client rapport for ongoing long-term relationships.

Must be a self-starter, be able to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude with client base., * Computer networking: 5 years (Preferred)

$20 - $25 an hour - Part-time, Full-time, Contract, Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
