Salesforce SaaS Platform Administrator

• Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring reliability, security, and performance. * Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings. * Configure and support Salesforce applications, objects, workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation processes. * Design and maintain Salesforce Flows and process automation solutions. * Support data management activities including imports, exports, cleansing, and validation. * Monitor and troubleshoot platform issues, user requests, and system performance concerns. * Support integrations between Salesforce and external applications using APIs and integration tools. * Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and implement solutions. * Create and maintain system documentation, procedures, and training materials. * Conduct end-user training and provide guidance on Salesforce best practices.

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience. * Strong experience with Salesforce configuration and customization. * Expertise in Salesforce Flow, Process Automation, Reports, and Dashboards. * Experience managing users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security controls. * Strong knowledge of Salesforce data management and governance practices. * Experience troubleshooting complex Salesforce issues. * Working knowledge of Salesforce APIs, integrations, and connected applications. * Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills., * Salesforce Administrator Certification. * Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification. * Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification. * Salesforce Cloud Consultant Certifications. * Experience supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
