Job description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Platform Administrator to provide advanced system administration and platform support across a multi-org enterprise landscape. This role supports small to medium-sized enhancements, user provisioning, security setup, and ongoing administrative needs across 11 enterprise Salesforce orgs utilizing Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
The candidate will ensure all configuration and platform activities strictly align with established IT standards, security policies, and governance processes while collaborating with business stakeholders and vendor partners.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Administration & Security: Handle daily administrative support, including user setup, profile/permission management, security configurations, and role hierarchies.
- Platform Enhancements: Implement small-to-medium enhancements, including page layout updates, Flow automation, process changes, and minor data model adjustments.
- Data Hygiene & Reporting: Monitor and maintain data quality, duplicate prevention, and validation rules; create and maintain custom reports and dashboards.
- Multi-Org Ecosystem: Support functionality across 11 statewide orgs utilizing Public Sector Solutions, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Resolve escalated end-user issues and technical inquiries promptly.
- Release Management: Assist with sandbox preparation, release testing coordination, and deployment support.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure all configurations adhere to enterprise security, audit, and governance standards.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal teams, business partners, and external vendors to translate business requirements into actionable configuration steps.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional hands-on experience in Salesforce administration.
- Location: Must be local to Tennessee (Hybrid setup required).
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator required (or obtainable within a set timeframe).
- Background Check: Must pass comprehensive criminal background verification and fingerprinting prior to start., * Salesforce Administration & Configuration (Required 3 Years)
