Senior Mainframe Developer / Technical Lead (COBOL) - Onsite

Experteer Overview In this role you will provide hands-on development and technical leadership for enterprise mainframe applications handling high-volume transactions. You will mentor teams, shape platform modernization, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable solutions. You’ll drive engineering standards, performance improvements, and production support across the mainframe stack. This is a hands-on leadership role with a focus on delivering mission-critical systems at scale.
