Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you drive end-to-end validation and test automation for large-scale wireless research subsystems. You will design feature test plans, build test frameworks, and support software releases through CI/CD in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll work on integration of software, hardware, and networks to enable pre-commercial demonstrations and industry showcases. Your work accelerates research progress toward next-generation wireless technologies while improving system reliability and performance. Compensation / Benefits * Develop feature test plans and perform end-to-end validation for large-scale subsystems * Plan and execute validation for milestones, operator trials, and industry showcases * Create and maintain test frameworks, utilities, and automation * Maintain regression test suites and nightly/continuous testing * Configure end-to-end test environments including software, hardware, and network components * Collaborate with software and system test teams to plan software releases and integration * Debug embedded software and troubleshoot integration issues across software and hardware * Apply networking diagnostics, data visualization, and performance analysis tools to troubleshoot issues Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field * Proficiency in C/C++, Python programming * Understanding of multi-threading and OS fundamentals * Analytical and problem-solving skills * Clear written and verbal communication; ability to work across teams in a fast-paced environment Key requirements * annual discretionary bonus * RSU grants * competitive benefits package
