Senior Database Engineer

Experteer Overview As a Production Database Engineer at ServiceNow, you will become the SME for database troubleshooting and performance analysis across multi-tenant PostgreSQL/MariaDB deployments, on-prem and in Hyperscaler environments. You will drive complex incident RCAs, build observability and automation to prevent recurrence, and influence infrastructure choices for our multi-tenant cloud platform. You will mentor engineers and collaborate with operations, support, and development teams.
