Experteer Overview In this role, you contribute to the Inference Enablement Team, shaping the PyTorch-based stack for state-of-the-art inference on CPUs, GPUs, and custom silicon. You will work on compiler and kernel acceleration, enabling efficient model execution across diverse hardware. You’ll collaborate to optimize performance for models spanning ads, recommendations, and generative AI, driving measurable power and latency improvements. This role offers hands-on work with cutting-edge AI frameworks and hardware accelerators in a scale-focused environment. Compensation / Benefits * Develop and optimize software stacks for AI frameworks and compilers to support new AI accelerators * Contribute to PyTorch core compilers to improve inference and training performance on diverse hardware * Analyze neural networks and implement compiler optimization algorithms * Accelerate next-gen deep learning models (recommendation, generative AI, CV, NLP) * Perform performance tuning and optimization of DL framework components Tasks * Bachelor in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience * Python and C/C++ programming skills * Experience in AI framework development or accelerating deep learning models on hardware architectures * Must have work authorization at time of hire and maintain it during employment Key requirements *
