Experteer Overview In this role, you will define and drive AI strategy for Accenture’s mid-market SAP practice, shaping a practical portfolio of AI offerings and go-to-market assets. You’ll translate global AI capabilities into right-sized solutions for mid-market clients and lead delivery model development and asset creation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to win and deliver, acting as a thought leader and external ambassador. This is an opportunity to influence AI adoption in SAP environments and mentor a growing practitioner community. Compensation / Benefits * Define and build AI offerings for mid-market SAP clients, including accelerators, frameworks, and packaged solutions * Adapt Accenture’s AI assets into right-sized offerings for mid-market scale and budget * Refine the delivery model, tooling standards, and quality benchmarks for the practice * Create reusable assets such as solution blueprints, ROI models, and playbooks to enable selling and delivery * Craft differentiated positioning and messaging for AI in mid-market SAP * Collaborate with sales, marketing, and account teams to embed AI themes in client conversations * Develop thought leadership content (POVs, case studies, client presentations) * Represent the practice at client briefings, industry events, and SAP ecosystem forums * Serve as liaison between mid-market group and broader AI, data, and technology practices * Engage with Centers of Excellence, alliance teams, and partners to access relevant capabilities * Foster a culture of learning and innovation within the AI practitioner community * Define capability development paths and work with talent leaders to recruit and upskill AI talent * Monitor emerging AI technologies, SAP roadmap developments, and competitor positioning Tasks * Minimum of 10 years in enterprise technology consulting, with a meaningful AI/advanced analytics focus * Minimum of 4 years building or scaling a consulting practice or offering * Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP ecosystems (S/4HANA, BTP, or equivalent) and AI intersects with ERP * Minimum 2 years navigating a matrixed, large-enterprise organization and alliance relationships * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience Key requirements * medical, dental, vision * life insurance * 401(k) with company match * bonus opportunities * paid holidays * paid time off
