Job description

Desktop Support Analyst Provides hands-on technical support for end users in Windows-based environments, including desktop/laptop deployment, PC imaging, workstation setup, hardware/software troubleshooting, SharePoint administration, and Microsoft 365 support. Responsible for preparing and configuring devices, onboarding users, resolving access and application issues, and ensuring a smooth desktop experience. Based on general knowledge.

Typical responsibilities:

Image, configure, and deploy Windows desktops and laptops
Set up workstations, peripherals, docking stations, monitors, and printers
Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneDrive, and SharePoint
Perform basic SharePoint administration, user access support, permissions management, and site support
Troubleshoot Windows OS, software, login, connectivity, and hardware issues

Requirements

Windows 10/11 support
PC imaging/deployment tools
Microsoft 365 and SharePoint support/administration
Active Directory / user account support
Hardware troubleshooting
Ticketing systems
