Job description

Deliver expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process, ensuring technical activities align with best practices and client requirements

Customize SAP Payroll solutions in accordance with customer requirements following Strada standards, and conduct system testing to validate functionality and compliance with specifications

Effective management of priorities to meet established deadlines

Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders and support other project members when required

Track project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and project team to ensure timely milestone delivery

Demonstrate a strong understanding of HR business processes and the SAP HR architecture to ensure successful solution delivery within defined project timelines

Support go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness, Anticipate Customer Needs - We stay ahead of trends so our customers can grow and succeed.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Technical solutions implementation?, Do you have a Master’s degree?, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a focus on Business or Technology (or equivalent experience)

Hands-on experience in SAP HCM application. Involvement in implementations is a plus

In-depth knowledge of Spanish payroll configuration, and a strong track record of delivering high-quality HR system implementations/configurations

Strong client focus, accountability for results, and a clear commitment to team and project success, together with discretion in handling sensitive information

Fluent in Spanish and strong English, with excellent communication skills and a client-focused, collaborative mindset
