IT Director

This candidate will be adept at internal stakeholder negotiations, along with being hands-on as a technology professional. ERP implementation experience is mandatory - specifically, implementation of accounting and HR modules. The ideal candidate will be adept at working with the already established infrastructure; therefore, this candidate will be creative enough to not need to overhaul the clients’ entire technology infrastructure, but will instead be creative enough to manage the implementation with what is already in place., + At least 10 years of professional experience in an IT infrastructure, cloud computing, software development lifecycle, or equivalent experience;

• Post-secondary education is required;
• At least 5 years effectively managing ERP resources, along with diverse modules, most specifically HR and Accounting/Payroll modules;
• PREFERRED: Experience with ERP called Deltek Vision and Deltek Advantage.
• Advanced knowledge of IT policies, practices, procedures and guidelines, and an ability to read and interpret budgets and legal documentation;
• Strong communication skills, and confidence to communicate fully with all internal stakeholders;
• Easy-going , able to find solutions rather than present stumbling blocks;
• and analyzes data to develop budgets and plan strategies to maximize resource utilization .
• Effective negotiation skills, particularly with vendors and contractors, to secure infrastructure-specific products and services;
• Provides sound IT advice and recommendations to assist with due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions;
• Develops and initiates initiatives to optimize IT systems performance, security, and reliability.
