Experteer Overview In this Change Management role, you drive the end-to-end change lifecycle to deliver business outcomes. You act as a trusted advisor to business groups, shaping strategies and ensuring change is understood, accepted and sustained. You design and execute change strategies, including communications and adoption plans, to align stakeholders and minimize risk. You partner with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into practical change programs that support customers and employees. This is a chance to influence transformation within a leading financial services organization. Compensation / Benefits * Drive change management plans from initiation to sustainment to achieve business results * Lead change strategy planning and develop solutions aligned with business strategy and stakeholder needs * Build and execute communications plans with audience analysis, messaging, channels and cadence * Identify resistance and create plans for overcoming objections through communications and training * Monitor adoption and implement corrective actions while celebrating milestones * Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and provide advisory support on implementation * Assess scope of change across people, processes, technology, and risk to inform program design * Apply change management methodologies across project sizes and contexts Tasks * 5-7 years of relevant experience * post-secondary degree in related field or equivalent experience * knowledge of business analysis and project delivery practices across the lifecycle * strong verbal and written communication skills * collaboration and teamwork * analytical and problem-solving abilities * data-driven decision making * influence and stakeholder management Key requirements * health insurance * tuition reimbursement * accident and life insurance * retirement savings plans
