Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will guide Agile delivery for application development teams at a leading global investment management firm. You will combine Scrum mastery with hands-on technical insight to facilitate architecture, APIs, and data-flow discussions. You’ll partner with product owners, developers, and architects to ensure technically clear, actionable stories and promote engineering best practices. This position emphasizes CI/CD, test automation, and delivery predictability in a fast-moving domain. Compensation / Benefits * Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile development teams * Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) * Engage in architecture discussions, APIs, data flows, and system dependencies * Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize the backlog and clarify stories * Ensure stories are technically actionable and support predictable delivery * Promote CI/CD, test automation, clean code, and engineering best practices * Track and improve team performance metrics (velocity, quality, predictability) * Support cross-team planning and production readiness Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field * 5+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead in technical teams * Background in app development, DevOps, or data engineering * Familiarity with Java, APIs, microservices, databases, or cloud platforms * Strong grasp of Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe frameworks * Proficient with Jira, Confluence, and DevOps tools Key requirements *
