Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the AI strategy for Accenture’s mid-market SAP business, shaping a differentiated AI practice and portfolio. You will translate enterprise AI assets into right-sized offerings for mid-market clients and craft compelling, business-focused messaging. You’ll collaborate with Accenture capabilities, SAP ecosystem partners, and delivery teams to enable scalable, value-driven AI solutions. You will build and mentor a growing AI practitioner community and drive innovation at pace. Compensation / Benefits * Define and build AI offerings tailored to mid-market SAP clients, including use-case accelerators, delivery frameworks, and packaged solutions * Translate Accenture’s AI assets into offerings suited for mid-market scale and budget * Establish and refine the delivery model, tooling standards, and quality benchmarks * Create reusable assets like solution blueprints, ROI models, demo environments, and implementation playbooks * Craft differentiating AI positioning and messaging for mid-market SAP * Partner with sales, marketing, and account teams to embed AI themes in client conversations and proposals * Develop thought leadership content and client materials to establish credibility as an AI partner * Serve as liaison between mid-market and broader AI, data, and technology practices * Collaborate with Centers of Excellence, alliance teams, and technology partners to access relevant capabilities * Mentor AI practitioners, define capability development paths, and recruit/retain talent * Track emerging AI technologies, SAP AI roadmap, and competitor positioning * Travel as needed (0-100%) for client requirements Tasks * Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise technology consulting with AI/analytics focus * Minimum of 4 years scaling a consulting practice or service line * Minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP ecosystems (S/4HANA, BTP) * Minimum of 2 years in a matrixed, large-enterprise organization with CoEs and alliances * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience * Proven ability to translate AI capabilities into client-ready business value propositions * Strong executive presence and communication skills; comfortable with C-suite audiences Key requirements * medical, dental, vision * life and long-term disability * 401(k) plan * bonus opportunities * paid holidays * paid time off
