Front End Software Developer

Experteer Overview In this role you will develop and maintain web applications for mission management systems. You will work within a cross-disciplinary agile team to deliver a data-rich, user-friendly UI and cloud-native microservices. You will participate in automated testing and a DevSecOps pipeline, troubleshooting and iterating to meet mission needs. The position is in-person at a SCIF with no remote work option, contributing to critical national-security objectives. You will collaborate with teammates to drive impactful, secure software in a fast-paced environment. Compensation / Benefits * Develop and maintain web applications with a focus on user experience * Design and implement front-end features using TypeScript and Vue 3 * Integrate with REST microservices and data workflows * Develop automated tests and participate in a DevSecOps pipeline * Troubleshoot bugs and support user adoption through iterations * Collaborate in an agile Kanban team and provide stand-up updates * Work with cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical UI solutions Tasks * 5+ years of front-end development experience * In-person work at Sterling, VA or Aurora, CO * TS/SCI clearance with CI poly (or willingness to obtain) * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field * Proficiency in JavaScript with frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) * Strong HTML/CSS and responsive design * Experience with Git and RESTful APIs * Familiarity with websockets and agile Kanban environments * Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills * Willingness to work in a security-sensitive environment Key requirements * flexible time off * robust learning resources * healthcare * retirement benefits * continuing education * competitive compensation
