  • Assign tasks and supervise the Lead Drafters while ensuring adherence to drafting protocols.
  • Review and approve designs created by the team.
  • Maintain project schedules and task completion deadlines.
  • Coordinate across engineering disciplines when applicable.
  • Solve design and quality issues.
  • Attend client meetings to gather requirements and present design concepts.
  • Track document revisions and incorporate client feedback into final deliverables.
  • Work closely with Project Managers to align design with project timelines and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Track and report drafters’ progress and ensure timely completion of tasks. Benefits of Joining

Requirements

Someone with 10+ years in the industry who has worked on commercial, industrial, residential, or mixed-use projects. Has led teams and managed multiple projects simultaneously. understands field installation, has a passion for creating designs from a blank canvas and cares for the drawings visual quality just as much as for the technical details. Has 5+ years of Revit experience, including family and parameter setup, is proficient with Revit plug-ins (including Evolve), has a strong record of delegation, and is ready to apply years of experience to exciting, challenging projects.

  • Base Salary: $150,000-$165,000 annually, paid weekly.
  • Annual salary increases.

  • 10 days of paid vacation annually, increasing to 15 days.
