Cyber Identity - CIAM Engineering Manager

Experteer Overview As an Engineering Manager II on Deloitte’s Cyber team, you will lead the design and delivery of CIAM solutions aligned to client security and customer experience goals. You will manage end-to-end CIAM engagements and coordinate across business, product, engineering, and security stakeholders. You will architect CIAM capabilities across platforms (Transmit Security, Ping, Okta, ForgeRock) and translate business needs into scalable implementations. You will nurture client relationships, contribute to Deloitte’s CIAM offerings, and help drive security-by-design in digital channels. Compensation / Benefits * Lead design and delivery of CIAM solutions aligned to client objectives * Manage end-to-end CIAM engagements including requirements, design, development oversight, testing, deployment, and post-production support * Architect and implement CIAM across platforms (Transmit Security, Ping, Okta, ForgeRock) with capabilities like registration, authentication, MFA, adaptive access, and profile management * Advise clients on balancing security, privacy, and user experience across digital channels * Oversee delivery teams, manage quality and risks, coordinate with business, product, engineering, and security stakeholders * Build senior client relationships, support pursuits, and contribute to CIAM offerings and alliances Tasks * 7+ years of industry experience * 7+ years of experience within Identity and Access Management * 2+ years hands-on experience with customization of Transmit Security and Ping Identity tools * Ability to travel 25-50% on average * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
