Job description

Experteer Overview In this role, you will help build and scale advertiser-focused reporting and analytics capabilities within Netflix Ads. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance data platforms that power ad performance insights for internal and external stakeholders. You will tackle scalable OLAP workloads, ensure audit-grade reporting, and shape how advertisers access Netflix Ads data. This is a mission-driven opportunity to advance connected TV advertising at scale and impact how we monetize premium content. Compensation / Benefits * Build and scale advertiser-grade reporting applications for internal and external use * Design and operate reporting APIs enabling self-service access to Netflix Ads data * Own and optimize the Ads Druid analytics layer for low-latency, high-concurrency OLAP workloads * Develop reporting systems that meet MRC/audit-grade standards (data completeness, accuracy, traceability, controls) * Keep abreast of ad tech and programmatic advertising trends * Develop cloud-based applications using modern object-oriented programming languages * Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively * Communicate, negotiate, and build strong stakeholder relationships Tasks * Experience designing and operating external-facing/internal reporting APIs * Expertise with Druid analytics layer and OLAP workloads * Knowledge of ad tech, programmatic advertising, and digital marketing trends * Proficiency in cloud-based application development and object-oriented languages * Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Familiarity with data quality controls and auditing standards Key requirements * Health plans * Mental health support * 401(k) with employer match * Stock option program * Disability programs * Health Savings Account / Flexible Spending Accounts (HSA/FSA)
