Distributed Systems Engineer 6 - Ads Policies

Experteer Overview As Staff Distributed Systems Engineer for Ads Policy Infrastructure, you will guide the architecture and technical direction of Netflix’s policy platform across the ads ecosystem. You’ll collaborate with Policy, Product, Operations, and multiple engineering teams to align roadmaps and deliver scalable, reliable policy governance. You’ll stay hands-on, delivering designs, prototypes, and production systems that improve enforcement and performance. This role offers impact at scale, shaping how ads are governed, evaluated, and presented to users. You’ll join a mission-driven team focused on safe, effective advertising experiences that respect members’ viewing experience.
