Application Analyst - Technical

Experteer Overview In this role you will strengthen the technical backbone of Sandvik’s Parts & Services Logistics by maintaining and optimizing Blue Yonder WMS/TMS backend systems. You will work closely with warehouse and transportation teams to resolve data and integration issues, mainly through SQL, MOCA scripting, and backend configuration. The role combines deep technical work with collaboration across global teams to improve process efficiency and service levels. A key focus is ensuring a stable upgrade path and leveraging regional initiatives to drive continuous improvement. Pay / Benefits * Write, optimise and maintain SQL/MySQL queries and MOCA scripts for WMS operations and data fixes * Work directly within Blue Yonder WMS-understand data structures and configuration at the application layer * Support Blue Yonder TMS backend, including data models, configuration, and WMS-TMS integration; handle Oracle-to-MySQL migration context * Hands-on MOCA development and WMS configuration; manage TMS job config, backend processing, scheduling * Act as application owner and system administrator to ensure stability, governance, and continuous improvement * Manage regional/global templates and ensure upgrades stay on standard paths * Fine-tune WMS/TMS configurations to meet evolving operational needs * Handle service requests, provide timely support, and troubleshoot integrations across SAP, Centiro, iReport, NiceLabel, Telogis/PC Miler * Lead end-to-end configuration and testing cycles; stay updated on trends to improve logistics processes * Drive regional initiatives globally and facilitate coordination with regional teams Tasks * Strong SQL and MySQL skills for backend data work * Oracle SQL knowledge for current TMS environment * Hands-on MOCA scripting in Blue Yonder WMS * Experience with Blue Yonder WMS backend, configuration, data structures, and troubleshooting * Understanding of system integrations and cross-platform troubleshooting * Experience in logistics operations context (shipping, receiving, warehousing) * Bachelor’s degree in a related field; hands-on experience considered in lieu of degree * Excellent English communication and documentation skills * Experience with application databases, backend configurations, and integration troubleshooting Key requirements *
