SC Cleared 3rd Line Citrix SME

• Provide expert third-line support for complex Citrix-related incidents and problems.
• Act as a technical point of escalation for Citrix infrastructure issues.
• Support and maintain Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Citrix Cloud and NetScaler ADC.
• Lead complex troubleshooting, root cause analysis and problem resolution.
• Manage and optimise Citrix policies, profiles and the end-user experience.
• Support patching, upgrades, migrations and ongoing improvements.
• Work closely with engineering and architecture teams on Citrix infrastructure initiatives.
• Support proactive defect management and technical assurance activities.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders while maintaining a strong customer service focus.

This is a hands-on, technical role for an experienced Citrix professional who enjoys complex troubleshooting, taking ownership of technical issues and delivering robust solutions in a large-scale enterprise environment., * Proven experience in a Third Line/Senior Citrix Support role.

• Strong hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops.
• Experience supporting Citrix Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of NetScaler ADC.
• Experience with Citrix Workspace Environment Management (WEM).
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy and FSLogix.
• Virtualisation experience, including VMware, Hyper-V and/or XenServer.
• Experience with Ivanti.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise support environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
