Head of IT

The Head of IT will lead and oversee the delivery and optimisation of technology solutions across the organisation. This role requires a strategic thinker with a focus on aligning IT systems with business objectives in the business services industry., * Develop and implement the IT and business systems strategy to support organisational goals.

• Manage the IT team to ensure the efficient delivery of technology services and support.
• Oversee the maintenance, upgrade, and security of all IT systems and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements through technology.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and data protection standards.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimise value for the organisation.
• Monitor the performance of IT systems and implement enhancements as needed.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on IT performance and project progress.

• A strong background in IT management and ERP business systems within the business services sector.
• Proven expertise in developing and implementing technology strategies.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, security, and compliance regulations.
