IT Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking IT Support Engineer to join our clients dynamic team. This role is based in London office and involves regular travel to various sites across Southern UK. The IT Support Engineer will play a crucial role in providing technical support and maintaining reliable IT operations for both office and site-based users.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
• Configure and deploy PCs for new and existing employees using Microsoft Intune.
• Set up and maintain basic network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and wireless access points for temporary construction sites.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
• Provide basic training and support to users on Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and other company tools.
• Collaborate closely with other IT team members to ensure seamless IT operations and support.

A full, valid driving licence is required due to the travel involved., * Technical proficiency with Microsoft 365, Intune, and SharePoint.

• Experience in building and configuring desktops and laptops.
• Understanding of basic network setup and troubleshooting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• A full, valid driving licence is required due to the travel involved.
