Job description

  • Abarbeiten Troubleshooting im Clientbereich (Hard- und Software)
  • Unterstützung des Anwenders im Umgang mit mobilen Endgeräten (IOS & Android)
  • Unterstützung bei Netzwerkproblemen durch Remote Team
  • Erbringen von IMAC Tätigkeiten (Installation, Move, add, Change)
  • Konfiguration und Installation von PCs, Notebooks und Druckern
  • Dokumentation der Aufträge in einem Ticketsystem

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in IT-Bereich oder 1 Jahr Praxiserfahrung im IT-Umfeld in den letzten 3 Jahren
  • Anwendererfahrung in einem Ticketsystem oder vergleichbaren Dokumenations Workflow
  • Umgang mit Outlook und anderen MS Office Produkten
  • Erfahrungen mit korrekter Verkabelung, sowie mit der Durchführung von technischen Arbeitsschritten
  • Auf Grund der Internationalität unseres Kunden sind sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse erforderlich
  • Führerschein Klasse B ist erforderlich für die persönliche Unterstützung
