MES Developer Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you’ll help clients modernize manufacturing operations through shop floor digitization, MES, and digital supply chain solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define use cases, drive implementation, and support operational excellence across the value chain. You’ll work on configuring systems, testing, deployment, and user adoption to deliver measurable improvements. This is a chance to shape digital manufacturing transformations for leading clients while growing your consulting and technical capabilities. Compensation / Benefits * Define use cases for work order execution, electronic batch records, genealogy and traceability, and non-conformance management * Support shop floor digitization and operational excellence programs across production, quality, maintenance, and inventory processes * Collaborate with technical teams on system configuration and integration with ERP, automation, and data platform environments * Participate in testing, deployment, hypercare, training, and user adoption across project delivery phases * Support development and implementation activities for manufacturing execution systems and communicate progress to leadership * Support process integration, root cause analysis, corrective action implementation, and delivery of Smart Factory and digital supply chain solutions Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering-related discipline * 3+ years of experience in core manufacturing processes and plant floor operations * SQL experience * Ability to travel 50% on average * Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations for disabilities * opportunity for career development and mentorship
