MES Developer Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you help manufacturers modernize operations through shop floor digitization, MES capabilities, and digital supply chain solutions. You work with client stakeholders and practitioners to define use cases, support implementation, and drive operational excellence across the manufacturing value chain. You will engage across delivery phases, from testing to training, contributing to transformational projects that enhance production visibility and traceability. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to shape smart factory solutions within a collaborative, client-focused team. Compensation / Benefits * Define use cases for work order execution, electronic batch records, genealogy and traceability, and non-conformance management * Support shop floor digitization and operational excellence programs across production, quality, maintenance, and inventory processes * Collaborate with technical teams on system configuration and integration with ERP, automation, and data platform environments * Participate in testing, deployment, hypercare, training, and user adoption across project phases * Support development and implementation activities for manufacturing execution systems and communicate progress to leadership * Support process integration, root cause analysis, corrective action implementation, and delivery of Smart Factory and digital supply chain solutions Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering-related discipline * 3+ years of experience in core manufacturing processes and plant floor operations * SQL experience * Ability to travel ~50% on average * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations * professional development opportunities * mentorship and career growth * inclusive culture
