MES Developer Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you help clients modernize manufacturing operations through shop floor digitization, MES capabilities, and digital supply chains. You will shape use cases, support implementation activities, and contribute to operational excellence across the value chain. You collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements and scalable solutions. This opportunity offers hands-on experience with smart factory initiatives and digital transformation in a leading consulting environment. Compensation / Benefits * Define use cases for work order execution, electronic batch records, genealogy and traceability, and non-conformance management * Support shop floor digitization and operational excellence programs across production, quality, maintenance, and inventory processes * Collaborate with technical teams on system configuration and ERP/automation/data platform integration * Participate in testing, deployment, hypercare, training, and user adoption across project phases * Support development and implementation of manufacturing execution systems and communicate progress to leadership * Support process integration, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and delivery of Smart Factory/digital supply chain solutions Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering-related discipline * 3+ years of experience in core manufacturing processes and plant floor operations * SQL experience * Ability to travel approximately 50% * Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program
