Workday Adaptive Planning Sr Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you will help deliver transformational Workday Adaptive Planning and other EPM solutions for large enterprises, collaborating with client CFOs, CIOs and business leaders. You’ll lead workstreams, shape functional designs, run prototyping and testing, and support a rapid value-driven delivery approach. The position sits within Deloitte’s Emerging ERP Solutions and offers exposure to a range of ERP platforms while enabling career growth and impact across industries. Compensation / Benefits * Lead project workstreams for Workday Adaptive Planning or similar EPM implementations * Document business and management requirements; provide functional designs and prototypes * Coordinate schedules, create documentation and collateral, and define testing scenarios * Configure Workday software and support training, rollout, and post-implementation support * Assist with prioritization, sequencing, and guidance to project leadership * Support multi-discipline transformations (finance, SCM, manufacturing) using Deloitte’s Momentum approach Tasks * 5+ years of consulting or industry experience implementing Workday Adaptive Planning or similar EPM products * 2+ years leading EPM workstreams in Adaptive Planning * Experience leading workstreams on at least two Workday Adaptive Planning or similar deployments * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience * Workday Adaptive certification or successful completion of relevant Workday certification upon joining * Ability to travel up to 50% on average * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available * Prior experience mentoring junior staff (preferred) Key requirements *
