Cyber Identity - FDE Senior Consultant - Senior Engineering Management Specialist

Experteer Overview In this role you help clients solve identity, access, and data protection challenges through AI-enabled engineering. You’ll bridge client engagement and hands-on delivery, shaping production-grade solutions and reusable accelerators. You will lead teams, guide pursuits, and ensure high-quality outcomes for clients and teams within Deloitte’s Digital Trust & Privacy practice. Compensation / Benefits * Translate client needs into AI-enabled technical solutions aligned to target architecture and delivery goals * Lead design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions, resolving technical issues within scope * Shape technical solutions during pursuits via demos, PoCs, prototypes, effort estimation, and pricing inputs * Oversee client delivery including scope, timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction while driving continuous improvement * Build team and client capability through reusable accelerators, documentation, knowledge transfer, and engineering best practices Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields * 5+ years in Digital Trust & Privacy domains (IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, Data Protection) * 3+ years translating requirements into target architectures using APIs, microservices, event-driven or serverless architectures * 3+ years building and deploying production-grade solutions using Python, Java, or Node.js * 1+ year delivering solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP with containers, CI/CD, and version control * 6 months to 1 year designing or deploying generative AI/LLM solutions in client or production environments * Ability to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
