Job description

Experteer Overview As a Senior Consultant, you will help clients solve identity, access, and data protection challenges through AI-enabled engineering solutions. You will lead hands-on delivery, shape technical solutions, and develop reusable accelerators while ensuring high-quality outcomes. The role blends client engagement with practical implementation, guiding teams and pursuing impactful execution in a dynamic environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen cybersecurity capabilities and client trust in a changing threat landscape. Compensation / Benefits * Translate client needs into AI-enabled, target-architecture solutions * Lead design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions; troubleshoot issues * Shape technical solutions during pursuits via demos, proofs of concept, prototypes, and estimates * Manage client delivery across scope, timelines, quality, and satisfaction; drive continuous improvement * Build team capability through reusable accelerators, documentation, and knowledge transfer Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related fields * 5+ years in Digital Trust & Privacy domains (IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, or Data Protection) * 3+ years translating requirements into target-state architectures using REST APIs, microservices, event-driven or serverless * 3+ years building and deploying production-grade solutions in Python, Java, or Node.js * 1+ years delivering solutions on AWS/Azure/GCP with containers, CI/CD, and version control * 6 months to 1 year designing or deploying generative AI/LLM solutions in production * Ability to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
