AI & Data Quality Automation Technical Transformation Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you drive automation and data-driven finance transformation for government and public sector clients, shaping how finance and reporting processes are designed and executed. You’ll lead cross-functional teams to deliver ERP-enabled transformations and ensure audit readiness while collaborating with stakeholders across client and technical teams. You will apply AI and automation to reduce manual work and enable standardized, efficient finance workflows. Compensation / Benefits * Lead design and deployment of AI and automation solutions across finance and business processes * Manage project delivery across process analysis, data mapping, conversion, migration, and transformation workstreams * Oversee end-to-end process analysis (procure to pay, order to cash, budget to report, acquire to retire, and more) to identify standardization and automation opportunities * Coordinate stakeholder engagement across client, functional, and technical teams to align workflow routing, approvals, data quality, and integrations * Direct team members and project execution related to Oracle ERP implementations, interoperability, and federal finance transformation activities * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data quality and governance objectives * Ensure delivery aligns with client needs, regulatory considerations, and security requirements Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent * 8+ years of experience leading automation, data, or business process transformation initiatives * 8+ years of experience in a federal finance environment * 8+ years of experience in data mapping, data conversion, data migration, or transformation activities * 8+ years of experience supporting Oracle ERP implementations, data integration, interoperability, or financial feeder systems * Active Secret clearance * Ability to travel 0-25% as required * Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future Key requirements *
