AI & Data Quality Automation Technical Transformation Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead automation and data-transformation initiatives within Deloitte’s GPS team, helping federal and public sector clients modernize finance processes. You will work with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-enabled solutions, drive ERP-enabled transformation, and improve audit readiness. The position offers exposure to large-scale process redesign and technology-enabled change, with a direct impact on clients’ CFO agendas. You will operate in a collaborative, impact-driven environment and lead delivery across multiple workstreams. Compensation / Benefits * Lead design and implementation of AI and automation to reduce manual work in finance and business processes * Manage project delivery across process analysis, data mapping, conversion, migration, and transformation workstreams * Analyze end-to-end processes (procure to pay, order to cash, budget to report, acquire to retire, plan to stock, hire to retire) to identify standardization and automation opportunities * Lead stakeholder engagement across client, functional, and technical teams to support workflow routing, data quality, and integration goals * Oversee team delivery related to Oracle ERP implementations, interoperable systems, and federal finance transformation activities * Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure effective governance, controls, and policy alignment Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 8+ years’ experience leading automation, data or business process transformation initiatives * 8+ years’ experience in a federal finance environment * 8+ years’ experience in data mapping, data conversion, data migration, or transformation activities * 8+ years’ experience supporting Oracle ERP implementations, data integration, interoperability, or financial feeder systems * Active Secret clearance * Ability to travel 0-25% * Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship Key requirements * competitive benefits package * discretionary annual incentive program * accommodations for disabilities
