AI & Data Quality Automation Technical Transformation Manager

Experteer Overview In this role, you drive automation and data-enabled finance transformation for government and public sector clients, helping improve audit readiness and financial processes. You will lead cross-functional teams to design and deploy AI-driven solutions, oversee end-to-end process analysis and data migration, and coordinate Oracle ERP-related transformation efforts. You’ll engage stakeholders across client, functional, and technical groups to achieve standardized, automated workflows within a CFO-focused agenda. Compensation / Benefits * Design and implement AI and automation solutions to reduce manual effort across finance and business processes * Manage project delivery across process analysis, data mapping, conversion, migration, and transformation workstreams * Analyze end-to-end processes (e.g., procure to pay, order to cash, budget to report, acquire to retire, plan to stock, hire to retire) to identify standardization and automation opportunities * Lead stakeholder engagement across client, functional, and technical teams to support workflow routing, data quality, and integration objectives * Manage team members and project execution related to Oracle ERP implementations, interoperability, and federal finance transformation activities Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 8+ years leading automation, data, or business process transformation initiatives * 8+ years in a federal finance environment * 8+ years leading data mapping, data conversion, data migration, or transformation activities * 8+ years supporting Oracle ERP implementations, data integration, interoperability, or financial feeder systems * Active Secret clearance * Ability to travel 0-25% * Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements *
