Job description

Experteer Overview In this role, you lead Azure cloud security engagements on the Cloud Cyber Risk team, shaping secure cloud transformations for clients. You drive multi-disciplinary delivery across onshore and offshore teams, guiding risk-based decisions and technical strategies. You act as the primary client contact for Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 security. You also shape deliverables, assessments, and remediation plans, while helping grow the practice through proposals and coaching. This is a hands-on, impact-driven role at scale within a collaborative security-focused culture. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Azure cloud security engagements across governance, identity, application security, platform and data protection * Manage project delivery with onshore/offshore teams, including design, assessments, implementations, health checks, post-implementation reviews * Serve as primary day-to-day client contact on Azure, Entra ID, and cloud security risk strategies * Oversee development of deliverables such as assessment reports, architecture designs, and remediation plans * Support business development, talent development, and practice activities including proposals, training, recruiting, and coaching Tasks * 6+ years in technical consulting, problem solving, solution architecture or design in Azure environments * 4+ years designing and implementing cloud security solutions in public, private, or hybrid clouds * 4+ years architecting enterprise cloud security architectures and strategies * 4+ years with Azure Policy, Terraform, or JSON-based infrastructure configuration * 3+ years architecting security on Microsoft Azure including Azure AI service controls (AI Foundry/Azure OpenAI) * 3+ years with CNAPP, CSPM, or CWPP technologies * Ability to travel ~50% Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program
