Cloud Security Manager - Azure Infrastructure & AI

Experteer Overview As a Cloud Security Manager on Deloitte’s Cloud Cyber Risk team, you guide Azure-based cyber risk engagements across governance, identity, platform and infrastructure security, AI security, and data protection. You’ll lead cross-functional delivery with onshore/offshore teams, shape assessments and remediation plans, and serve as the main client contact on Azure security strategy. You’ll also contribute to business development and practice growth through proposals, training, and coaching. You play a pivotal role in securing digital transformation for clients while advancing Deloitte’s security capabilities. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Azure cloud cyber risk engagements across governance, identity, application security, PaaS security, infrastructure security, AI security, security monitoring, resilience and data protection * Manage project delivery activities across onshore and offshore teams, including solution design, assessments, implementations, health checks, and post-implementation reviews * Serve as primary day-to-day client contact, providing guidance on Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, and cloud security risk mitigation * Oversee development of project deliverables such as assessment reports, architecture designs, technical recommendations, compliance reporting, and remediation plans * Support business development, talent, and practice activities including proposal development, POV creation, internal training, recruiting, and coaching * Travel up to 50% as needed based on client engagement Tasks * 6+ years of experience in technical consulting, client problem solving, solution architecture, or solution design in Azure environments * 4+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing cloud security solutions in public, private, or hybrid clouds * 4+ years of experience designing enterprise cloud security architectures and strategies * 4+ years of experience with Azure Policy, Terraform, or JSON-based infrastructure configuration * 3+ years architecting security on Microsoft Azure, including controls for Azure AI services such as Microsoft Foundry or Azure OpenAI * 3+ years of experience with CNAPP, CSPM, or CWPP technologies * Ability to travel 50% on average * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * Discretionary annual incentive program * Travel up to 50% based on client work * Reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities * Professional development opportunities * Support for certifications and training * Inclusive, supportive culture
