Job description
Experteer Overview In this Cloud Security Manager role, you will lead Azure-focused cyber risk engagements and guide client security postures across governance, identity, and cloud security domains. You’ll manage multi-team delivery, create technical and compliance deliverables, and shape security strategies for Azure and related Microsoft cloud services. You’ll also contribute to business development, coaching, and practice initiatives. This position offers impact across digital transformation and security at scale, with a clear focus on resilient cloud environments. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Azure cloud cyber risk engagements across governance, identity, application security, PaaS, infrastructure, AI, monitoring, resilience, and data protection * Manage delivery activities across onshore/offshore teams, including design, assessments, implementations, health checks, and post-implementation reviews * Serve as primary client contact, advising on Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 security risk mitigation * Oversee development of deliverables such as assessment reports, architecture designs, technical recommendations, compliance reports, and remediation plans * Support business development, talent, and practice activities, including proposals, POVs, training, recruiting, and coaching Tasks * 6+ years in technical consulting, client problem solving, solution architecture, or solution design in Azure environments * 4+ years designing and implementing cloud security solutions in public, private, or hybrid clouds * 4+ years architecting enterprise cloud security architectures and strategies * 4+ years with Azure Policy, Terraform, or JSON-based infrastructure configuration * 3+ years architecting Azure security including AI services controls (Azure AI / Foundry, OpenAI) covering data protection and IAM * 3+ years with CNAPP, CSPM, or CWPP technologies * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * competitive salary range * reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities * travel opportunities up to 50% * professional development and mentorship * opportunities for career growth within Deloitte
