Cloud Security Consultant - Azure Infrastructure & AI

Experteer Overview As a Cloud Security Consultant on Deloitte’s Cloud Cyber Risk team, you help clients navigate the evolving threat landscape through Azure-focused security engagements. You will design and implement security controls across Azure, Entra ID, and M365, delivering architecture diagrams, assessments, and remediation plans that enable resilient, secure digital transformation. You collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to shape secure cloud solutions and contribute to practice development and business growth. Compensation / Benefits * Support delivery of Azure cloud cyber risk engagements across governance, identity, app security, PaaS, infrastructure, AI, security monitoring, resilience, and data protection * Perform cloud security assessments, design, implementations, health checks, and post-implementation reviews in Azure, Entra ID, and M365 * Engage directly with clients to assess security requirements, identify risks, and recommend configurations and remediation actions * Develop project deliverables including assessment reports, architecture diagrams, technical recommendations, compliance reporting, and remediation documentation * Contribute to business development, internal training, and practice development related to Microsoft cloud security services Tasks * 2+ years in technical consulting, solution architecture, or cloud security implementation in Azure * 2+ years designing and implementing cloud security solutions in public/private/hybrid clouds * 2+ years designing enterprise cloud security architectures and strategies * 2+ years experience with Azure Policy, Terraform, or JSON-based infrastructure configuration * 2+ years experience with CNAPP, CSPM, or CWPP technologies * Experience architecting security on Microsoft Azure, including AI service controls (Foundry, Azure OpenAI) for data protection and IAM * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
