IFS Cloud Solution Architect

Experteer Overview As Manager, Strategy, Growth and Transformation, you will lead functional strategy and design for IFS Cloud Enterprise Asset Management and Work Management for utilities. You’ll guide cross-functional teams to define outcomes, backlogs, and design documents, and run client workshops to capture processes and requirements. You’ll translate needs into epics and user stories in Azure DevOps, shaping delivery across build, testing, and change management. You’ll mentor colleagues and lead workstreams, delivering value through asset management and transformation initiatives. Compensation / Benefits * Lead strategy, requirements definition, and solution design for IFS Cloud EAM and Work Management for utility clients * Shape user outcomes, backlogs, and Functional Design Documents covering data, integrations, controls, and UX * Facilitate client workshops to document processes, pain points, outcomes, dependencies, and non-functional requirements * Translate requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps with traceability * Drive design decisions, align stakeholders, and coordinate delivery across build, testing, and change management; mentor junior team members * Lead workstreams and coordinate client presentations to ensure successful delivery Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in relevant field * 5+ years of experience with utility clients or utilities sector * 5+ years of asset management, asset performance management, or work management in gas/electric utilities * Experience implementing Enterprise Asset Management solutions such as IFS, including IFS Cloud * 3+ years of experience in enterprise platform product design, including writing user stories and functional design docs * 2+ years of experience specifying integration requirements using APIs, events, or batch * Ability to travel ~50% * Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements *
