Cloud Security Senior Consultant - Azure Infrastructure & AI

Experteer Overview As a Cloud Security Senior Consultant at Deloitte, you will enable clients to securely transform their cloud environments. You will lead Azure-focused security engagements, assess risks, design controls, and guide remediation across governance, identity, and AI security. You’ll work with cross-functional client teams to translate security needs into practical architectures and compliance deliverables. This role offers impact by shaping secure cloud foundations for diverse clients and advancing Microsoft cloud security services. Compensation / Benefits * Support delivery of Azure cloud cyber risk engagements across governance, identity, application security, platform & security, infrastructure security, AI security, security monitoring, resilience, and data protection * Perform cloud security assessments, solution design, implementations, health checks, and post-implementation reviews across Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 * Collaborate with clients to assess security requirements, identify risks, and recommend cloud security configurations and remediation actions * Develop project deliverables including assessment reports, architecture diagrams, technical recommendations, compliance reporting, and remediation documentation * Contribute to business development, internal training, technical research, and practice development activities related to Microsoft cloud security services Tasks * 4+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, solution design, or cloud security implementation in Azure environments * 4+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing cloud security solutions in public, private, or hybrid cloud environments * 4+ years of experience designing enterprise cloud security architectures and strategies * 4+ years of experience with Azure Policy, Terraform, or JSON-based infrastructure configuration * 3+ years of experience with CNAPP, CSPM, or CWPP technologies * Experience with architecting security on Microsoft Azure including Azure AI services controls (e.g., Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI) * Ability to travel 50% on average * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations * opportunities for professional development * travel flexibility * employee wellbeing * comprehensive security and benefits programs
