Cloud Security Senior Consultant - Azure Infrastructure & AI

Experteer Overview In this Cloud Security Senior Consultant role, you help deliver Azure-focused cyber risk engagements and secure digital transformations. You will assess security requirements, design and implement cloud security controls, and produce detailed guidance and reports for clients. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance Microsoft cloud security services and contribute to practice development. This role combines hands-on security work with advisory, design, and delivery leadership in a dynamic client-facing environment. Compensation / Benefits * Support delivery of Azure cloud cyber risk engagements across governance, identity, application security, PaaS security, infrastructure security, AI security, security monitoring, resilience, and data protection * Perform cloud security assessments, solution design, implementations, health checks, and post-implementation reviews across Azure, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 * Engage with clients to assess security requirements, identify risks, and recommend cloud security configurations and remediation actions * Develop project deliverables including assessment reports, architecture diagrams, technical recommendations, compliance reporting, and remediation documentation * Contribute to business development, internal training, technical research, and other practice development activities related to Microsoft cloud security services Tasks * 4+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, solution design, or cloud security implementation in Azure * 4+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing cloud security solutions in public, private, or hybrid cloud * 4+ years of experience designing enterprise cloud security architectures and strategies * 4+ years of experience with Azure Policy, Terraform, or JSON-based infrastructure configuration * 3+ years of experience with CNAPP, CSPM, or CWPP technologies * Experience with architecting security on Microsoft Azure, including controls for Azure AI services (Foundry or OpenAI) covering data protection, IAM, and model scanning * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities
