Senior Software Engineering Program Manager - CRM

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead instrument software development programs for Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) products, guiding agile teams and external vendors to deliver on schedule and within regulatory constraints. You will pair technical leadership with program management to ensure quality and timely execution in a matrix environment. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align scope, cost, and milestones, while shaping a culture of collaboration and accountability. Compensation / Benefits * Plan and estimate programs, define work plans, budgets, schedules, and resource needs * Manage execution against program plans, provide direction to engineers and vendors, monitor dependencies * Collaborate with Core Team Leaders, Platform Leaders, Product Managers, and Systems Engineers to stay within scope, cost, and schedule * Lead software engineers (employees and vendors) to deliver commitments * Provide a clear program vision, motivate teams, and maintain cross-discipline coordination * Communicate program status and risks to stakeholders and leadership; proactively manage quality and issues * Contribute to performance objectives and provide feedback on team and project outcomes Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, engineering, or math with 7+ years of technical work experience, or advanced degree with 5+ years of technical experience * 5+ years leading software development projects in Med-Tech * Strong understanding of software and embedded systems * Proven track record delivering projects in a matrix environment * Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle; experience with distributed teams * Vendor management experience to drive results; PMP or similar certification * Experience in regulated environments and bringing products through regulatory standards Key requirements * Health, dental and vision insurance * Health Savings Account * Tuition assistance/reimbursement * 401(k) with employer match * Employee Stock Purchase Plan * Short-term/long-term disability leave
