Job description

Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (Java, Salesforce & Azure) position! This is a 12-18 month contract and will be remote in United States.

This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services. No C2C or subcontracting arrangements will be considered.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Design and develop complex software solutions using Java, Salesforce, and Azure technologies to solve business challenges
  • Lead technical analysis, architecture design, and implementation of new applications and major enhancements to existing systems
  • Direct and mentor less experienced engineers on development tasks across small to large-scale projects
  • Collaborate with Development, Operations, and Technology teams throughout the full software development lifecycle from requirements to user acceptance testing
  • Evaluate complex system interrelationships and provide technical leadership on integrating applications across multiple platforms
  • Prepare comprehensive technical specifications, system documentation, and detailed test plans while conducting thorough code reviews
  • Drive project planning by developing technical components, preparing assessments, and estimating timelines and effort for all scope initiatives
  • Recommend new technologies, processes, and architectural approaches to improve system performance and support strategic business objectives
  • Coordinate between application teams and business units to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Maintain development standards and promote best practices while ensuring efficient operation of supported applications

Requirements

  • 5+ years of systems analysis and application development experience with proven ability to work independently on complex technical projects
  • Strong proficiency in Java development with experience building enterprise-level applications
  • Solid experience with Salesforce platform development and customization
  • Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Azure cloud services and cloud-based application architectures
  • Proven ability to lead and coordinate development activities for multiple team members on concurrent projects
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with experience presenting technical concepts to diverse audiences
  • Strong understanding of application frameworks, system integrations, and cross-platform dependencies
  • Experience driving project milestones and delivering solutions within established timelines while managing multiple complex initiatives
