Senior Consultant - SAP SD/OTC

You will work with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and implement SAP SD/OTC, delivering value across the solution lifecycle. This role blends deep SAP capability with business insight to improve sales order management, pricing, and customer experience at scale. You will contribute to practice growth through knowledge sharing and mentoring, while advancing transformative projects for leading organizations. Compensation / Benefits * Support SAP SD and OTC engagements by designing, configuring, and implementing solutions under project leadership * Assess requirements and current-state processes; design future SAP SD/OTC solutions to improve order management, pricing, fulfillment, billing, and customer experience * Configure SAP SD/OTC across core areas: sales order management, pricing, delivery, billing, ATP, returns, and EDI/IDoc integration * Develop and maintain deliverables: functional specifications, configuration documentation, test scripts, and defect tracking artifacts * Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to support workshops, solution design, testing, cutover, deployment, and stabilization * Contribute to practice growth through knowledge sharing, coaching junior practitioners, internal initiatives, and business development support Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree plus 6+ years of SAP/ERP/consulting experience * 5+ years SAP consulting experience in solution design and end-to-end delivery * 3+ years hands-on functional configuration experience with SAP SD/OTC * Participation in 2+ full lifecycle SAP implementations, including 1+ SD/OTC-focused role * Experience configuring SAP SD/OTC across 3+ functional areas (pricing, billing, ATP, order management, delivery, EDI) * Experience delivering core implementation artifacts and managing SIT/UAT with defect tracking * Experience with 1+ SAP S/4HANA implementation, transformation, or migration program * Ability to travel up to 50% Preferred: Master’s degree; 2+ years client service delivery in consulting; ECC to S/4HANA conversion or greenfield S/4HANA; current SAP SD or S/4HANA Sales certification Key requirements *
