Senior Consultant - SAP SD/OTC

Experteer Overview As a Senior Consultant in Deloitte’s SAP team, you drive SAP-enabled transformations for clients, focusing on SD and OTC processes across the solution lifecycle. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, test, and deploy SAP solutions that improve order-to-cash performance and customer experience. You contribute to practice growth through coaching and knowledge sharing, while delivering high-quality deliverables. This role offers impact through large-scale SAP programs and exposure to cloud, automation, and analytics. Compensation / Benefits * Support SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) engagements through design, configuration, and implementation under project leadership * Assess current-state and design future-state SAP SD/OTC solutions to improve order management, pricing, fulfillment, billing, and customer experience * Configure SAP SD/OTC across core areas: sales order management, pricing, delivery, billing, ATP, returns, and EDI/IDoc integration * Develop and maintain functional specs, configuration docs, test scripts, and defect tracking artifacts * Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders for workshops, solution design, testing, cutover, deployment, and stabilization * Contribute to practice growth via knowledge sharing, coaching junior practitioners, internal initiatives, and business development support Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree plus 6+ years SAP/ERP/consulting experience * 5+ years SAP consulting experience in solution design and end-to-end delivery in a consulting firm or equivalent * 3+ years hands-on functional configuration in SAP SD/OTC * Participation in 2+ full lifecycle SAP implementations (including at least 1 primary SD/OTC role) * Experience configuring SAP SD/OTC in 3+ functional areas (pricing, billing, ATP, order management, delivery, EDI/IDoc) * Experience delivering core implementation artifacts (functional specs, configuration workbooks, test scripts) and managing SIT/UAT defects * Experience with 1+ SAP S/4HANA implementation, transformation, or migration program * Ability to travel up to 50% Key requirements *
