Microsoft Identity Entra ID Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role, you drive Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory architecture, migrations, and security enhancements for client environments. You partner with cross-functional teams to design resilient identity solutions and guide post-implementation reviews. You balance hands-on technical work with advisory leadership to improve security operations and identity governance. This is a chance to shape large-scale identity modernization for diverse clients and demonstrate impact through secure, scalable infrastructures. Compensation / Benefits * Assess Entra ID and AD environments including tenant config, hardening, MFA, SSO, CA, and migrations * Architect, design, and implement AD and Entra ID deployments, migrations, upgrades, and domain consolidations * Conduct health checks, discovery, cleanup, and security assessments of AD services (DNS, DHCP, GPO, privileged groups, service accounts, DR readiness) * Support integrations across Entra ID, AD, LDAP, Azure B2B/ B2C, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect * Advise clients on security operations, reporting, threat protection, troubleshooting, and post-implementation reviews for Microsoft identity platforms Tasks * 4+ years of technical consulting, problem solving, and solution architecture for Microsoft identity platforms (AD and Entra ID) * 4+ years implementing and operating Microsoft Entra ID including CA, SSO, MFA, PAM, PIM, and app integrations * 4+ years implementing and operating Active Directory including ADFS, domain/forest recovery, GPOs, security groups, trusts, and federation * Ability to travel 25-50% on average * Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field; willing to travel and collaborate in dynamic environments Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities
