Experteer Overview In this role you guide Microsoft identity platform implementations within Deloitte’s Cyber team, shaping identity, access, and security solutions for clients. You will architect and optimize Entra ID and Active Directory deployments, advise on security operations, and lead delivery on complex migrations. The work connects cross-functional teams to reduce risk and modernize identity environments. This is a mission-driven opportunity to influence large-scale cyber resilience and identity governance at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Assess and harden Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory environments, including MFA, SSO, conditional access, and identity provider migrations * Architect, design, and implement AD and Entra ID deployments, migrations, and domain consolidations * Conduct health checks, discovery, cleanup, and security assessments of AD services (DNS, DHCP, GPO, privileged groups, service accounts, DR readiness) * Support application and directory integrations across Entra ID, AD, LDAP, Azure B2B/A, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect * Advise clients on security operations, reporting, threat protection, troubleshooting, and post-implementation reviews for Microsoft identity platforms Tasks * 4+ years in technical consulting, problem solving, and solution architecture for Microsoft identity platforms (AD and Entra ID) * 4+ years deploying and operating Entra ID features (CA, SSO, MFA, PAM, PIM, and application integrations) * 4+ years deploying and operating Active Directory (AD Federation Services, domain/forest recovery, GPOs, managed service accounts, security groups, trusts, federation) * Bachelor in Computer Science or related field Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * travel opportunities (25-50% expected) * inclusive culture and development programs * accommodations for disabilities * professional development and mentorship * varied client exposure
