Microsoft Identity Entra ID Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role, you will help clients strengthen identity and access security by assessing and modernizing Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory environments. You’ll design deployments, perform health checks, and guide security operations across identity platforms. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver resilient identity solutions and drive post-implementation improvements. This is a client-facing, impact-driven role within Deloitte Cyber, offering opportunities to shape large-scale identity programs and security postures. Compensation / Benefits * Assess Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory environments, including configurations, MFA, SSO, and identity migrations * Architect, design, and implement Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID deployments, migrations, and domain consolidations * Perform health checks, discovery, and security assessments of AD services (DNS, DHCP, GPO, service accounts, disaster recovery) * Support application and directory integrations across Entra ID, AD, LDAP, Azure B2B/B2C, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect * Advise clients on security operations, reporting, threat protection, troubleshooting, and post-implementation reviews for Microsoft identity platforms Tasks * 4+ years of experience in Microsoft identity platforms consulting, problem solving, and solution architecture * 4+ years of experience implementing and operating Microsoft Entra ID features (CA, SSO, MFA, PAM, PIM, and app integrations) * 4+ years of experience implementing and operating Active Directory (ADFS, domain/domain forest recovery, GPO, managed service accounts, security groups, trusts) * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, IT or Master of Computer Applications * Ability to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * travel opportunities (25-50%) * accommodations for people with disabilities
